Original Aperitif

A slow dance in a glass. Savory with a hint of spice.

 

Gather:

  • 2 oz Ghia
  • .25 oz olive brine
  • 1 castelvetrano olive
  • A dusting of fresh black pepper

Create:

Pour 2 oz Ghia and .25 oz olive brine into a rocks glass. Serve with 1 large ice cube and simply garnish with Castelvetrano olive and light dusting of fresh black pepper.
